Victoria Harbour Airport Safety

Transport Canada required training for all sea plane operators who use the Port of Victoria which includes commercial and recreational traffic. It covers the harbour layout using interactive maps, harbour regulations using on-location images and videos, and scenarios supported by seaplane pilots who use the harbour.
