The Challenge ...

TC Continuous Improvement Consultants Inc. is committed to providing skill-building resources and initiatives for youth, women and organizations to nurture career growth across different stages of one’s career journey. Their courses were delivered using paper-based materials, printed manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents. While effective in-person and virtually, this approach created limitations as the organization expanded its client base to an international audience and shifted toward hybrid and digital learning formats. TC Continuous Improvement Consultants recognized the need to modernize their training delivery to improve accessibility, scalability, and learner engagement.

They partnered with AligneDesigns to convert 18 full modules of content into interactive, web-based eLearning, while also receiving consulting and setup support to ensure successful implementation within their Learning Management System (LMS).

The Process ...

AligneDesigns began by thoroughly reviewing TC Continuous Improvement Consultants’ existing paper-based workshop materials, which included PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents. Each module was carefully digitized and restructured into interactive eLearning courses, ensuring that content remained aligned with the original learning objectives while being optimized for self-paced digital delivery.

To enhance learner engagement, we embedded multimedia elements including interactive activities, formative quizzes, and multimedia graphics. The training materials were fully integrated into TC Continuous Improvement Consultants’ website and LMS platform, creating a seamless experience for learners. As part of the LMS consulting services, AligneDesigns also supported system setup, functionality review, and course integration to ensure all modules operated smoothly within the LMS environment.

In addition to digitizing the core 18 modules, AligneDesigns designed and developed a specialized Articulate Storyline object—a self-directed survey tool—allowing learners to identify which modules were most relevant to their needs. This personalized entry point helped guide learners to the most applicable training, ensuring an efficient and focused learning path.

The Result ...

The project resulted in a fully modernized digital learning suite that allows TC Continuous Improvement Consultants to deliver high-quality training across a broader international audience. The transition from paper-based to interactive digital learning not only increased accessibility for remote learners but also significantly enhanced engagement. With 18 fully digitized modules and the addition of the interactive intake survey, learners are now empowered to select personalized training paths that align directly with their professional goals. The LMS setup ensures that all materials are housed in one centralized system, offering administrators full visibility into learner progress and performance. Through this transformation, TC Continuous Improvement Consultants is now positioned to scale its training delivery, support more clients, and continue advancing its mission of continuous improvement with cutting-edge learning tools.
